DWI

* A subject was in custody pending formal charges for driving while intoxicated.

Arrests

* An 11-year-old boy was cited into juvenile court on suspicion of being beyond parental control.

* Keah L. Foulks, 27, of Lexington, Texas, was arrested on suspicion of possession of marijuana.

* Jacob W. Stewart, 20, of Florissant, Mo., was arrested on suspicion of stealing and being a minor in possession of alcohol.

* Andrew T. Hanks, 18, 422 Bellevue St., was arrested on suspicion of assault.

* Lance T. Young, 24, 735 Watkins Drive, was arrested on suspicion of open alcohol container.

* Jashua H. Cox, 26, of Olive Branch, Ill., was arrested on suspicion of a noise violation.

* Richard N. Kelley, 50, 429 N. Frederick St., was arrested on a Cape Girardeau County warrant for assault.

* Gerald L. Ivy, 28, 705 S. Pacific St., was arrested on a Cape Girardeau warrant for probation violation for property damage.

* A 10-year-old boy was cited into juvenile court on suspicion of stealing and receiving stolen property.

* Margaret A. Fowler, 42, of Benton, Mo., was arrested on suspicion of stealing.

* Harvey E. Gaddy, 45, homeless, was arrested on a Cape Girardeau warrant for failure to appear for trespassing.

* A subject was in custody pending formal charges for possession of drug paraphernalia.

* Charles E. Fleming III, 23, of Chaffee, Mo., and Jessy L. Williams, 21, of Chaffee, Mo., were arrested on suspicion of stealing at Walmart, 3439 William St.

* Shain M. White, 25, 219 S. Hanover St., was arrested on suspicion of stealing at Walmart, 3439 William St.

* A subject was in custody pending formal charges for forgery.

* A juvenile was cited into juvenile court on suspicion of behavior injurious to self or others.

* A vehicle was reported damaged at 821 Broadway.

* A window was reported damaged at Fleshound Tattoo, 716 Broadway.

Miscellaneous

* Harassment was reported.

* A 48-year-old man was taken into protective custody.

* Tampering was reported.
