Cape Girardeau police report 1/30/14

CAPE GIRARDEAU

The Cape Girardeau Police Department released the following items. Arrests do not imply guilt.

Arrests

* Johnathan T. Lee, 26, of Mounds, Ill., was arrested on suspicion of possession of drug paraphernalia, possession of a controlled substance and stop-light violation.

* Austin D. Weissinger, 19, 3250 Lakewood Drive, was arrested on a Cape Girardeau warrant for failure to appear for improper registration.

* Terrance A. West, 19, of Hayti Heights, Mo., was arrested on two Cape Girardeau warrants for failure to appear.

* Joseph M. Tittle, 28, 606 S. Silver Springs Road, was arrested on two Cape Girardeau warrants for failure to appear for no insurance and consuming alcohol while driving.

* A suspect was in custody pending formal charges of violating an order of protection.

* Two suspects were in custody pending formal charges of unlawful possession of a concealable firearm, possession of methamphetamine, unlawful use of drug paraphernalia, failure to register a motor vehicle and no valid license.

Burglary

* Cape Polymers, 45 N. Broadview St., reported burglary and theft of clothing, a horse saddle, tools, outdoor lights and dishes.

Thefts

* Theft of home furnishings was reported at 422 Bellevue St.

* Ameren Missouri reported theft of services.

* Theft of an MP3 video player was reported at 21 N. Hanover St.

Miscellaneous

* Fraudulent use of a credit/debit device was reported.
