The Cape Girardeau Police Department released the following items. Arrests do not imply guilt.
* Jerry S. Warren Jr., 30, 2800 Pioneer Court, No. 128, was issued a summons for driving while revoked and driving while intoxicated.
* Emad Saeed Almetari, 21, 1417 Parkmor Drive, was arrested on a Cape Girardeau warrant for failure to appear for no operator's license and an Arnold, Mo., warrant for failure to appear for speeding.
* Gregory S. Holzbauer, 39, of Jackson was arrested on a warrant for failure to appear.
* Cierra S. Jackson, 19, 420 S. Sprigg St., was arrested on Cape Girardeau warrants for contempt of court and failure to appear.
* Dandre L. McClellon, 34, 428 Pearl St., was arrested on a Sikeston, Mo., warrant for contempt of court and a Cape Girardeau County warrant for failure to appear.
* Stephen M. Underwood, 35, 1415 N. Spanish St., was arrested on an Alexander County, Ill., warrant for failure to appear.
* Dennis W. Collins, 24, 2859 Whitener St., B1, was arrested on suspicion of stealing at Walmart, 3439 William St.
* Carmen R. Hill, 39, 401 S. Hanover St., was arrested on a Cape Girardeau warrant for failure to appear for improper registration.
* Danielle G. Stilley, 20, of Olive Branch, Ill., was arrested on a Paducah, Ky., warrant for shoplifting.
* Rose M. Staple, 28, 2037 Pear Tree Court, was arrested on a Cape Girardeau warrant for failure to appear for speeding.
* Makala M. Lopez, 20, 429 S. Benton St., was arrested on a Cape Girardeau County warrant for dangerous drugs.
* Violet M. Lashmet, no age given, of Scott City was issued a summons for following too close.
* Brandon D. Gabbard, 23, 917 Bellevue St., was issued a summons for driving with expired license and supplying alcohol to a minor.
* Sexual assault was reported.
* Burglary and the theft of a backpack, fishing rods, compound bow, laptop computer, two shotguns, a handgun, a camera and a flat-screen TV were reported at 1505 Bessie St.
* Burglary was reported at 611 Koch Ave.

* Theft and fraudulent use of a credit/debit device was reported.
* J.C. Penney, 3049 William St., reported clothing and accessories stolen.

* Theft of a purse was reported at 207 S. Kingshighway.
* A suspect was in custody pending formal charges of theft at Walmart, 3439 William St.
* Two juveniles were cited into juvenile court on suspicion of stealing a motor vehicle and operating a vehicle without a license.
* A suspect was in custody pending formal charges on suspicion of robbery.
* Ollie L. Welch, 28, of College Park, Ga., was arrested on a Scott County warrant for theft.
