The Cape Girardeau Police Department released the following items. Arrests do not imply guilt.

Arrests

* Gary D. Williams, 28, 1824 N. Main St., was arrested on a warrant and on suspicion of endangering the welfare of a child, resisting arrest and driving while suspended.

* Patricia Macias, 20, 3130 Themis St., Apt. 2, was arrested on a Cape Girardeau warrant for failure to appear for a seat-belt violation.

* Jared A. Barker, 23, of Mt. Vernon, Ill., was arrested on suspicion of driving while intoxicated and failure to drive within a single lane.

* Shawn A. Hammock, 22, 45 S. West End Blvd., No. 316, was arrested on a Jackson warrant for failure to appear.

* Hailey E. McElwain, 25, 45 S. West End Blvd., No. 304, was arrested on suspicion of stealing cosmetics at Wal-Mart, 3439 William St.

Summonses

* Heather D. Dieffenbach, 20, 1927 N. Kingshighway, No. 29, was issued a summons for a peace disturbance.

* Caleb M. Diggs, 22, 1927 N. Kingshighway, No. 16, was issued a summons for a peace disturbance.

* Jessica L. Diggs, 22, 1927 N. Kingshighway, No. 16, was issued a summons for a peace disturbance.

* Domestic assault and property damage were reported.

Burglary

* Burglary and damage to a door lock were reported at Zoi's Gyro Corner, 1865 Broadway.

Thefts

* Theft of clothing, a book bag, medication and a Bible was reported at 1411 Themis St.

* Theft of money was reported at 934 West Rodney Acres.

* A motor vehicle was reported stolen at 304 N. Middle St. and later was recovered damaged.

* Theft of sunglasses, a radio and a radar detector was reported at 1212 N. Henderson Ave.

* Theft of money was reported at 1316 Wayne St.

Miscellaneous

* A 28-year-old woman was taken into protective custody.

* Unlawful use of a weapon and damage to the rear glass window of a vehicle were reported at 777 N. Main St.

* A 43-year-old woman was taken into protective custody.
