DWI

* Joseph M. Ombina, age not given, of Arlington, Texas, was arrested on suspicion of driving while intoxicated.

Arrests

* A 39-year-old man was placed in custody on suspicion of violating a court order.

* Devon D. Johnson, 20, 1229 S. Ellis St., was arrested on a Cape Girardeau County warrant for a probation violation.

Thefts

* A jacket and keys were reported stolen at 2 N. Main St.

Miscellaneous

* A 20-year-old man was placed in protective custody.
