The Cape Girardeau Police Department released the following items. Arrests do not imply guilt.
* Mallory K. Milam, 22, 2624 Jan Drive, was arrested on suspicion of driving while intoxicated and failure to drive on right half of road.
* A suspect was in custody pending formal charges of driving while intoxicated, driving while revoked and failure to have two lighted headlamps.
* David J. Roydhouse, 64, 155 Bellevue St., Apt. 6, was arrested on suspicion of soliciting on public property.
* Joseph A. Razor, 18, 212 S. Ellis St., was arrested on suspicion of unlawful use of a weapon.
* Milton Adkinson, 30, no address given, was arrested on a Cape Girardeau County warrant for probation violation and a Massac County, Ill., warrant for failure to appear for obstructing justice.
* Cory C. Kyles, 31, of Hayti, Mo., was arrested on a Cape Girardeau County warrant for a seat-belt violation and a Pemiscot County, Mo., warrant for probation violation for nonsupport.
* Alexander K. Bess-Rhodes, 18, 516 Washington Ave., was arrested on suspicion of property damage, trespassing, resisting arrest and being a minor in possession.
* Jared S. Pritchard, 26, 1111 Themis St., was arrested on suspicion of peace disturbance.
* Thomas C. Dobbs, 21, of Jackson was arrested on a Cape Girardeau warrant for failure to appear.
* A suspect was in custody pending formal charges of burglary, stealing metal scaffolding and property damage to a storm door, window and frame.
* Lonnie E. Schade, no age given, 1207 College St., was issued a summons for following too close.
* Christoper Davie, no age given, 1300 Victoria Drive, was issued a summons for failure to drive within traffic lanes.
* Sydnie M. Rinehart, no age given, of Dexter, Mo., was issued a summons for following too close.
* Miah S. Terry, 33, 44 N. Henderson Ave., was issued a summons for nuisance declared.
* Dinah M. Wyatt, 21, 1919 Delwin St., Apt. 5, was issued a summons for an animal leash-law violation.
* Marilyn R. Sticht, no age given, 1400 S. West End Blvd., was issued a summons for following too close.
* Assault was reported at 714 S. Ellis St.
* Burglary and theft of a coin collection, laptop computer, cellphone and jewelry were reported at 614 Ridge Drive.
* Burglary and property damage were reported at 701 Watkins Drive.
* Burglary and trespassing were reported at 3125 Themis St.
* A suspect was in custody pending formal charges of stealing.
* A damaged rental-car door and unlawful use of a weapon were reported at 4 N. Spanish St.
* A 50-year-old man was taken into protective custody.
* A 26-year-old woman was taken into protective custody.
* Forgery was reported.
