The Cape Girardeau Police Department released the following information. Arrests do not imply guilt.

Arrests

* Gregory A. Klug, 63, 3045 Patriot Drive, was arrested on a Cape Girardeau warrant for stealing.

* A subject was in custody pending formal charges of driving while intoxicated with drugs, driving with a revoked license, possession of a controlled substance and drug paraphernalia.

* Brittany N. Wilson, 22, of St. Louis was arrested on a Cape Girardeau warrant for failure to appear for speeding.

* Toby Run Turner, 33, 416 North St., Apt. B, was arrested on suspicion of possession of a controlled substance.

* Daniel A. Balch, 27, of Oak Ridge was arrested on Cape Girardeau County warrants for failure to appear for fraud of insufficient funds and failure to appear for a seat-belt violation and on a Bollinger County warrant for fraud of insufficient funds.

Summons

* Matthew A. Lowe, 35, 1821 Old Cape Road, Jackson, received a summons for stealing.

Burglary

* A burglary was reported.

Thefts

* Medication was reported stolen at 1111 Themis St.

* A cell-phone charger, wedding ring, wrenches and a flashlight were reported stolen at 305 Edgewood Drive.

* Rhodes 101, 1126 N. Sprigg St., reported fuel stolen.

* Stealing and forgery were reported.

* A mattress, bed frame, kitchen table and rims were reported stolen at 2301 Bloomfield St.

Miscellaneous

* Possession of drugs was reported.
