DWIs

* Tracy M. Welch, 42, 1437 N. Main St., was arrested on suspicion of driving while intoxicated and driving while revoked.

* Holly B. Nations, 31, 2010 Thilenius St., was arrested on suspicion of driving while intoxicated and failure to stop at a red light.

Arrests

* Kelbie B. Rogers, 19, of Scott City was arrested on a Cape Girardeau warrant for probation violation for stealing.

* Bridgette L. Shivers, 32, of Monroe, La., was arrested on a Cape Girardeau warrant for failure to appear for peace disturbance.

* Hunter B. Umfleet, 18, 701 Broadway, Apt. 5, was arrested on an Advance, Mo., warrant for failure to appear for stealing.

* April D. Rice, 42, of Dexter, Mo., was arrested on a Cape Girardeau warrant for probation violation.

* Arinda M. Plumb, 33, 811 Hickory St., was arrested on a Cape Girardeau County warrant for probation violation.

* Herman E. Wells, 34, of Anna, Ill., was arrested on a Cape Girardeau warrant for failure to appear for speeding.

* Melissa N. Robinson, 29, of Cape Girardeau was arrested on a Cape Girardeau County warrant for probation violation.

* Anthony K. Brown, 28, homeless, was arrested on a Cooper County warrant for failure to appear for assault on a correction officer, a St. Louis County warrant for fraud and a Jefferson County warrant for driving while revoked.

* Tonya D. Adams, 21, of Cape Girardeau was arrested on suspicion of stealing.

* Yvonne D. Brain, 33, of Cape Girardeau was arrested on suspicion of stealing.

* Benjamin F. Rawlins, 27, 45 S. West End Blvd., No. 206, was arrested on suspicion of property damage.

* Devon Smith, 24, no address given, was arrested on a Cape Girardeau warrant for failure to appear.

* Kimberly Dawn Rayford, 32, of Scott City was arrested on suspicion of stealing and trespassing at Walmart.

* Rhodes 101, 1624 N. Kingshighway St., reported fuel stolen.

* Theft of DVDs was reported at 300 Good Hope St.

* Schnucks, 19 S. Kingshighway, reported store merchandise stolen.
