The Cape Girardeau Police Department released the following. Arrests do not imply guilt.
* An 11-year-old boy was cited into juvenile court on suspicion of peace disturbance.
* A 13-year-old girl was cited into juvenile court on suspicion of assault on school property.
* Milton N. Porter, 29, of Sikeston, Mo., was arrested on four Cape Girardeau warrants for contempt of court for failure to pay fines for no operators license, no proof of insurance and walking in the road when a sidewalk is available.
* Shawn L. Owens, 21, 1626 Whitener St., was arrested on a Cape Girardeau warrant for probation violation.
* A 15-year-old girl was cited into juvenile court for assault on school property.
* Megan D. Fox, 20, 1304 Independence St., was arrested on a Cape Girardeau County warrant for probation violation.
* Heidi L. Weaver, 42, 616 Locust St., received a summons for improper placement of waste containers.
* The Humane Society, 2536 Boutin Drive, reported a burglary, the theft of money and damage to a window.
* R&P Oil, 2551 Bloomfield Road, reported a burglary and damage to a door frame and deadbolt lockset.
* Bi-State Southern, 612 S. Sprigg St., reported fuel stolen.
* Trish's Place, 1811 Sherwood Drive, reported the theft of bank bags and damage to a vehicle window.
* Theft was reported at 97 N. Kingshighway.
* A purse was reported stolen at Broadway and Lorimier Street.
* Huck's, 353 S. Kingshighway, reported fuel stolen.
* Bi-State Southern, 612 S. Sprigg St., reported fuel stolen.
* Identity theft was reported.
* Animals were reported stolen at 2019 Woodlawn Ave.

* An air compressor was reported stolen at 2505 Meadow Lane.
* Hempies, 111 N. Main St., reported damage to a glass window.
* Harassment was reported.
* A violation of order of protection was reported.
* A 46-year-old man was taken into protective custody.
* An animal bite was reported.
* Unlawful use of a weapon was reported.
