DWI

* Holly B. Nations, 31, 2010 Thilenius St., was arrested on suspicion of driving while intoxicated and failure to stop at a flashing red light.

Arrests

* A suspect was in custody pending formal charges of stealing money.

* Justin E. Patterson, 21, 2825 Whitener St., Apt. A5, was arrested on suspicion of attempted robbery, felonious restraint and armed criminal action.

* Jeffery J. Bach, 53, of Jackson was arrested on suspicion of trespassing and stealing at Walmart, 3439 William St.

Assaults

* Domestic assault and burglary were reported.

* Domestic assault and property damage were reported.

* A suspect was in custody pending formal charges of domestic assault.

Burglaries

* Burglary was reported at 1510 Jefferson Ave.

* Burglary was reported at 305 Albert St.

* Burglary and theft of a laptop, TVs and video games were reported at 821 Locust St.

Thefts

* Rhodes 101, 546 S. Sprigg St., reported theft of fuel.

* American Motors, 915 Broadway, reported theft of eight wheels and tires.

* Request for service was reported.

The Cape Girardeau County Sheriff's Department released the following items. Arrests do not imply guilt.

DWI

* Danielle G. Stilley, 20, of Olive Branch, Ill., was arrested on a Cape Girardeau County warrant for probation violation for driving while intoxicated.

* Michael J. Loveless, 32, of Cape Girardeau was arrested on suspicion of driving while intoxicated.

* Tracy L. Schreiner, 39, of Cape Girardeau was arrested on suspicion of driving while intoxicated and failure to drive on the right half of the roadway.

* William S. Smith, 34, of Cape Girardeau was arrested on suspicion of driving while intoxicated, endangering the welfare of a child and exceeding a posted speed limit.

Arrests

* Michael O. Smith, 41, of Cape Girardeau was arrested on a Cape Girardeau warrant for assault.

* Brandon R. Hale, 34, of Jackson was arrested on suspicion of domestic assault.

* Shametra L. Twiggs, 30, of Cape Girardeau was arrested on two Cape Girardeau County warrants for failure to appear for driver failure to secure a child 80 pounds or more and driver failure to secure a child 8 years old.

* Chrystal L. Harris, 20, of Cape Girardeau was arrested on a Festus, Mo., warrant for failure to appear for no operator's license.

* John L. McClellan, 30, of Jackson was arrested on a Missouri State Highway Patrol warrant for failure to appear for no operator's license.

* Michael A. Murphy, 22, of Jackson was arrested on a St. Louis warrant for animal abuse and on a St. Louis County warrant for probation violation for larceny.

* Antaynia Y. Turner, 30, of Sikeston, Mo., was arrested on a Sikeston Department of Public Safety warrant for contempt of court for driving while revoked and two Cape Girardeau County warrants for failure to appear for driving while revoked, operating a motor vehicle with vision reducing material and operating a motor vehicle without insurance, and for failure to appear for endangering the welfare of a child.
