The Cape Girardeau Police Department released the following items. Arrests do not imply guilt.

Arrests

* Stephanie L. Anderson, 44, 525 S. Ellis St., was arrested on suspicion of shoplifting.

* David R. Smith, 28, of Scott City was arrested on a Chaffee, Mo., warrant for failure to register a motor vehicle.

* Jajuan D. Bell, 24, 1021 S. Ellis St., was arrested on suspicion of possession of a firearm by a felon.

* Curtis Silver, 44, 811 S. Sprigg St., was arrested on suspicion of endangering the welfare of a child.

* Dewayne L. Presberry, 27, 902 S. West End Blvd., was arrested on a Stoddard County warrant for failure to appear for speeding.

* Lavelle M. Williams, 23, 105 Enclave Circle; Lawanda D. Combs, 22, 105 Enclave Circle, No. 1; and Courtney S. Leer, 24, 1928 Delwin St., No. 2, were arrested on suspicion of stealing a Wi-Fi streamer, software program, wireless speaker and headphones at Wal-Mart, 3439 William St.

* Gary L. Harris, 54, 1021 S. Ellis St., was arrested on two Cape Girardeau warrants for failure to appear for driving while revoked and no insurance.

* Sebastian C. Winkler, 22, 2504 Windy Hill Lane, was arrested on two Cape Girardeau warrants for failure to appear for speeding and nuisance parties.

* Ronald E. Caudle, 35, of Grand Chain, Ill., was arrested.

Summonses

* Kevin E. Burden, 42, of Jackson was issued a summons for driving while intoxicated.

* Michelle L. Johnson, 35, 840 S. Ellis St., was issued a summons for nuisance declared.

Burglaries

* Burglary, theft and property damage were reported at 416 N. Frederick St.

* Show Me Car Wash, 1004 William St., reported burglary and theft.

Thefts

* Rhodes 101, 1126 N. Sprigg St., reported alcohol stolen.

* Wal-Mart, 3439 William St., reported shoplifting.

* Bi-state Mobil, 612 S. Sprigg St., reported candy bars stolen.

* A bicycle, money, credit and debit cards and an identification card were reported stolen at 1021 Good Hope St.

* Dash Pawn Shop, 336 N. Kingshighway, reported an Xbox 360 game stolen.

Property damage

* A vehicle was reported damaged at 1204 S. Ellis St.

Miscellaneous

* Fraudulent use of a credit/debit device was reported.
