The Cape Girardeau Police Department released the following items. Arrests do not imply guilt.
Arrests
* Aaron Davis, 47, of Sikeston, Mo., was arrested on a Cape Girardeau warrant for stealing vehicle parts.
* Timothy D. Dickison, 32, of Poplar Bluff, Mo., was arrested on two Cape Girardeau warrants for failure to appear for stealing and false declaration.
* Morgan L. Combs, 29, of New Madrid, Mo., was arrested on a Cape Girardeau warrant for probation violation.
* Cassandra R. Smith, 45, 601 N. Sprigg St., Apt. 3, was arrested on four Cape Girardeau warrants for failure to appear for seat-belt violation, improper registration and no proof of insurance.
* Jared A. Thomas, 17, 1403 Bessie St., was arrested on suspicion of stealing, false declaration and being a minor in possession of intoxicants.
* Coner M. Morgan, 20, of Caruthersville, Mo., was arrested on a Bollinger County warrant for failure to appear for assault and a Pemiscot County warrant for failure to appear.
* A subject was in custody pending formal charges of shoplifting at Walmart, 3439 William St.
* A subject was in custody pending formal charges of robbery, armed criminal action and unlawful use of a weapon.
* A juvenile was cited into juvenile court on suspicion of shoplifting from Spencer's Gifts, 3049 William St.
* Joseph J. Richardson, 48, 445 S. Spring St., Apt. C, was arrested on a warrant for parole violation.
* Brenda L. King, 43, 325 S. Lorimier St., Apt. B, received a summons for animal leash-law violation.
* Patrick L. Buck Sr., 41, 1108 S. Sprigg St., received a summons for no city animal license and leash-law violation.
* Miranda C. Statler, 22, 1404 Lexington Ave., No. 10, received a summons for shoplifting at Walmart, 3439 William St.
* Diana J. Hale, 26, 1809 N. Main St., received a summons for stealing at Walmart, 3439 William St.
* Domestic assault was reported.
* Bi-State Southern, 216 S. Sprigg St., reported fuel stolen.
* Bi-State Southern, 216 S. Sprigg St., reported fuel stolen.
* Jaspers, 407 Morgan Oak Lane, reported fuel stolen.
* An iPod Touch and an OtterBox were reported stolen at 247 Siemers Drive.
* Theft was reported at 324 Bellevue St.
* A Nintendo DS Lite and game were reported stolen at 211 Saint Francis Drive.
* An animal bite was reported at 1701 Lacey St.
* A false report was reported.
* The fraudulent use of a credit/debit device was reported at 1126 N. Sprigg St.
* Interference with custody was reported.
