The Cape Girardeau Police Department released the following items. Arrests do not imply guilt.

Arrests

* Kyle A. Foutch, 22, 1400 S. West End Blvd. Apt. 95, was arrested on two Cape Girardeau warrants for assault.

* Courtney B. Hudson, 20, Mounds City, Ill., was arrested on suspicion of stealing and fraudulent use of a credit device.

* Robert L. Aslin, 25, Scott City, was arrested on suspicion of possession of an imitation controlled substance and unlawful use of drug paraphernalia.

* Kyle J. Sherrod, 17, Sikeston, Mo., was arrested on suspicion of possession of a controlled substance with the intent to distribute.

* Norris T. Pullen, 17, Sikeston, Mo., was arrested on suspicion of tampering.

* Traversial C. Scott, 18, Sikeston, Mo., was arrested on suspicion of stealing.

* Quanisha N. Hunt, 18, 1136 N. Middle St., was arrested on suspicion of stealing.

* George L. Jones III, 21, Portageville, Mo., was arrested on suspicion of stealing.

* Lisa M. Umfleet, 47, 1226 Harmony St. Apt. 2, was arrested on a Cape Girardeau warrant for a parole violation and on a Cape Girardeau County warrant for failure to appear for stealing.

* Castle Blake Smith, 37, 1219 Dunklin St., was arrested on suspicion of domestic assault.

* A 14-year-old was taken into custody on suspicion of assault, assault on law enforcement and resisting arrest.

Summonses

* Aubrey C. Gilmore, 18, 908 Kent St., Jackson, received a summons for stealing.

* Isaac J. Powers, 20, 520 N. Fountain St., received a summons for stealing.

Assaults

* Domestic assault and violation of a protection order was reported.

Thefts

* A motor vehicle was reported stolen at 605 N. Spanish St.

* A cell phone and shot glasses were reported stolen at 6 N. Henderson Ave., where a door's window was also reported damaged.

Miscellaneous

* A 42-year-old man was placed in protective custody.
