The Cape Girardeau Police Department released the following items. Arrests do not imply guilt.
DWI
* Robert Pham, 21, 1100 N. Middle St., was arrested on suspicion of driving while intoxicated, failure to maintain lane, leaving the scene and striking a legally parked vehicle.
* Samuel E. Phillips, 50, 610 Jefferson Ave., was arrested on a Cape Girardeau County warrant for probation violation.
* A subject was in custody pending formal charges of robbery.
* Lawrence V. Wesley Jr., 49, of Thebes, Ill., was arrested on three Cape Girardeau warrants for failure to appear for driving while intoxicated, failure to appear for not using headlights and improper registration.
* Austin D. Weissinger, 17, 3250 Lakewood Drive, was arrested on a Scott City warrant for failure to appear for disorderly conduct and being a minor in possession by consumption.
* A subject in custody pending formal charges of unlawful use of drug paraphernalia.
* A subject was in custody pending formal charges for failure to register motor vehicle and driving while suspended.
* A subject was in custody pending formal charges of domestic assault.
* Tiffany A. Joiner, 18, 421 S. Ellis St., was arrested on two Cape Girardeau warrants for failure to appear for trespassing and peace disturbance.
* Domestic assault and theft were reported.
* Assault was reported.
* A burglary and the theft of prescription drugs and a couch were reported at 2700 Pioneer Drive.
* A burglary and the theft of a television were reported at 20 S. Henderson Ave.
* A burglary and the theft of prescription drugs and jewelry were reported at 611 S. West End Blvd.
* Bi-State, 920 N. Kingshighway, reported fuel stolen.
* Theft was reported at 40 S. Sprigg St.
* Bi-State, 612 S. Sprigg St., reported fuel stolen.
* An iPhone was reported stolen at 1461 N. Kingshighway.
* Southeast Missouri State University reported damage to a bus window at 400 North St.
* Damage to a driver-side window was reported at 2545 Lynnwood Drive.
* Accidental property damage was reported at 3440 Lowes Drive.
* An intoxication hold was reported at 1126 N. Sprigg St.
