The Cape Girardeau Police Department released the following items. Arrests do not imply guilt.
Arrests
* Michael R. Wulf, 25, 118 S. Hanover St., was arrested on a Cape Girardeau warrant for failure to appear for improper registration.
* Heather M. Brown, 18, of Jackson was arrested on suspicion of possession of a controlled substance and tampering with physical evidence.
* Jeffrey A. Greentree, 37, of Jackson was arrested on suspicion of possession of drug paraphernalia and possession of methamphetamine.
* Kimberly L. Ward, 39, 1154 S. Kingshighway, was arrested on suspicion of stealing clothing at Wal-Mart, 3439 William St.
* A suspect was in custody pending formal charges of domestic assault.
Summonses
* Kelly D. Francis, no age given, of Marble Hill, Mo., was issued a summons for failure to yield.
* Sherri L. Martin, no age given, 916 Good Hope St, was issued a summons for failure to yield and driving while suspended.
* Terry Vietor, 37, of Farwell, Minn., was issued a summons for failure to yield.
Thefts
* Money was reported stolen at 1928 Delwin St.
* A tire and a wheel were reported stolen at 45 S. West End Blvd.
* Montgomery Bank, 2027 Broadway, reported money stolen.
* Missouri license plates were reported stolen at 1410 S. Sprigg St.
* A bicycle was reported stolen at 1212 Good Hope St.
* J.C. Penney Co., 3049 William St., reported perfume stolen.
Burglaries
* Burglary and the theft of clothing, jewelry and a stamp collection were reported at 836 S. West End Blvd.
* Schnucks, 19 S. Kingshighway, reported food stolen.
* Burglary, a damaged door and the theft of copper wire were reported at 723 William St.
Property damage
* Vehicles were reported scratched at 1905 Northbridge Drive.
Miscellaneous
* Harassment was reported.
* Fraudulent use of a credit/debit device was reported.
* A 27-year-old woman was taken into protective custody.
* Sale of tobacco to a person younger than 18 years of age was reported.
* A 36-year-old man was taken into protective custody.
