The Cape Girardeau Police Department reported the following items. Arrests do not imply guilt.

Arrests

* Zachary V. Snider, 26, 613 Sycamore St., was arrested on a Cape Girardeau warrant for failure to appear for prohibited acts.

* Marissa E. Hinkle, 19, of Fredericktown, Mo., was arrested on two Cape Girardeau warrants for a probation violation for stealing.

* Derek Antoine Mingo, 42, of St. Louis, was arrested on three Cape Girardeau warrants for failure to appear for contempt of court for no insurance, improper registration and no operator's license.

Thefts

* Rhodes 101, 1126 N. Sprigg St., reported fuel stolen.

* Saint Francis Medical Center, 211 St. Francis Drive, reported medication stolen.

Miscellaneous

* Harassment was reported.

* Forgery was reported.

* Food Giant, 1120 N. Kingshighway, reported forged checks.

* A 57-year-old man was placed in protective custody.
