DWI

* Eric Albert Collins, 22, 915 College Hill, was arrested on suspicion on driving while intoxicated and failure to maintain a single lane.

Arrests

* Oscar Estrada Velazquez, 35, of Memphis, Tenn., was arrested on suspicion of driving while intoxicated, driving without a license and driving without headlights.

* Whitley Keith Dabbs, 25, 6 Village Drive, Apt. 5, was arrested on suspicion of assault and unlawful use of a weapon at 6 Village Drive.

* A suspect was in custody pending filing of formal charges of domestic assault and property damage.

* A suspect was in custody pending filing of formal charges for theft.

* Jonathan Kiefer Vincent Lewis, 25, of Benton, Mo., was arrested on two Cape Girardeau warrants for failure to appear for revoked operator's license and failure to appear for improper registration.

* Dominic Terrell Bradley, 19, 315 S. Middle St., Apt. 4, was arrested on a Scott County warrant for domestic assault.

* Kenneth Edward Brown, 45, 1202 County Road 549, was arrested on a warrant.

* Mikel Chalmers, 31, 540 S. Frederick St., was arrested on suspicion of theft.

* Keenen A. Abraham, 20, 139 S. Pacific St., was arrested on suspicion of possession of cocaine.

* Sarah Komorech, 31, of Cape Girardeau was arrested on a Cape Girardeau County warrant for failure to appear and contempt of court.

* Joshua L. Faulkner, 18, of Cape Girardeau was arrested on suspicion of unlawful use of a weapon.

* Sonya R. Savoie, 42, of Cape Girardeau was arrested on a Taylor County, Texas, warrant for possession of a controlled substance.

* A woman, no age given, no address given, was in custody pending formal charges of possession of a controlled substance.

* Charles Matthew White, 21, 1454 Whitener St., was arrested on suspicion of indecent exposure.

* Three suspects were in custody pending formal charges of attempted burglary.

* Charles Edward Hines, 23, 1323 N. West End Blvd., was arrested on suspicion of possession of drug paraphernalia and drinking in public.

* Amanda E. Ledbetter, 34, 529 S. Middle St., was arrested on a Sikeston, Mo., warrant for contempt of court.

Summonses

* Diana M. Ivanovich, 1444 E. Main St., Apt. 3, was issued a summons for striking a stopped vehicle.

* Robert W. LeFebvre of Jackson was issued a summons for following too closely.

Burglaries

* Burglary, damage to a door and wall and theft of a laptop, jewelry, checks and money were reported at 414 S. West End Blvd.

* Burglary and theft of shoes, laptops and a television were reported at 50 Green Acres Drive.

* Burglary and theft of electronics and a television were reported at 1531 Good Hope St.

* Theft of propane tanks with fuel were reported at Food Giant, 1120 N. Kingshighway.

* Theft of money and personal papers was reported at 723 S. Pacific St.

* A tablet computer was reported stolen at 6 Village Drive.

* Theft and recovery of a 1993 Plymouth Acclaim were reported.

* Riley S. Duncan, 17, of Cape Girardeau was arrested on suspicion of purchase or possession of liquor by a minor.

* Leslie J. Grayson, 34, of Cape Girardeau was arrested on suspicion of second-degree domestic assault.
