The Cape Girardeau Police Department released the following items. Arrests do not imply guilt.

DWI

* Lisa D. Essmyer, 38, of Jackson was arrested on suspicion of driving while intoxicated and failure to maintain the right half of the road.

Arrests

* Dustin T. Smith, 24, 105 N. Clark Ave., Apt. 101, was arrested on suspicion of trespassing, tampering and fraudulent use of a debit device.

* Dustin L. Mcalister, 20, of Chaffee, Mo., was arrested on a Cape Girardeau warrant for failure to appear.

* A 10-year-old boy was taken into custody on suspicion of being beyond parental control.

* A subject was in custody pending formal charges of fraudulent use of a credit/debit device, tampering and trespassing.

Summons

* Lindsey K. Billington, 21, 3022 Themis St., Apt. C, received a summons for dog at large.

* ServiceMaster reported a company credit card stolen at 623 S. Silver Springs Road.

* A jacket and satellite radio were reported stolen at 11 S. Spanish St.

* A hearing aid was reported stolen at 220 N. Fountain St.

* Sunglasses were reported stolen at 120 N. Sprigg St.

* Medication was reported stolen at 40 S. Sprigg St.

* A cellphone was reported stolen.

* Cape Mart, 238 N. Fountain St., reported alcohol stolen.

* A 1996 red Ford Mustang was reported stolen at 1623 Lexington Ave.

Property damage

* Damage to a vehicle was reported at 1417 N. Mount Auburn Road.

Miscellaneous

* Passing a bad check was reported.

* A 26-year-old woman was taken into protective custody.
