Cape Girardeau
The Cape Girardeau Police Department released the following items. Arrests do not imply guilt.
Arrests
* Patrick A. Clark, 35, of St. Louis was arrested on three Cape Girardeau warrants for failure to appear for suspended operator's license, failure to maintain financial responsibility and an operating unlicensed vehicle.
* Michael T. Anderson, 19, 133 S. Benton St., was arrested on a Cape Girardeau warrant for probation violation for possession of drug paraphernalia.
* Bailey J. Wood, 21, 191 State Highway Z, was arrested on a Cape Girardeau County warrant for failure to appear.
* Jayson W. Gamage, 22, 1207 N. Main St., was arrested on two Cape Girardeau warrants for failure to appear for improper lane usage and failure to appear for driving while intoxicated, and two Cape Girardeau County warrants for failure to appear.
* A subject was in custody pending formal charges of possession of marijuana.
* A subject was in custody pending formal charges of driving while revoked.
* Timothy W. Brown, 42, of Rockway Beach, Mo., was arrested on a Christian County warrant for failure to appear.
Summonses
* Walter White, 54, 460 Mason St., received a summons for property violations.
* Teketta M. Fleming, 30, 431 S. Ellis St., received a summons for placement of waste containers.
* Andrea G. Burke, 32, 546 S. Pacific St., received a summons for placement of waste containers/littering placement in receptacles.
Burglaries
* A burglary, the theft of medications and damage to a door were reported at 1224 College St.
* The city of Cape Girardeau reported a burglary and the theft of currency at 2500 S. Sprigg St.
Thefts
* Rhodes 101, 1624 N. Kingshighway, reported fuel stolen.
* Rhodes 101, 2109 William St., reported fuel stolen.
* Rhodes 101, 1624 N. Kingshighway, reported fuel stolen.
Miscellaneous
* Child abuse was reported.
* A 26-year-old woman was taken into protective custody.
* Violation of ex parte was reported.
