Arrests
- Jerry R. Stovall, 32, 843 N. Cape Rock Drive, Cape Girardeau was arrested on suspicion of leaving a motor vehicle accident at Main Street and Themis Street and driving while intoxicated.
- Gabrielle M. Murray, 23, 547 Columbine Lane was arrested on a Jackson warrant for failure to appear.
- A suspect was in custody pending formal charges of third-degree assault and property damage.
- Jessica Rose Mae Blech, 19, and Adriana May Lundy, 18, both of Poplar Bluff, Missouri, were arrested on suspicion of property damage at Victoria's Secret.
Summonses
- Catherine C. Boyt, no age given, of Jackson was issued a summons for failure to yield.
- Zachary L. Haynes, no age given, of Scott City was issued a summons for failure to drive on the right side of the roadway.
- Teresa G. Conn, no age given, of Morley, Missouri, was issued a summons for following too closely.
- Jared W. Burke, no age given, of Cape Girardeau was issued a summons for no proof of insurance and expired license plates.
- Cathy Gilbert McElderry, no age given, of Cape Girardeau was issued a summons for failure to yield.
Thefts
- Hampton Inn, 103 Cape West Parkway, reported stealing.
- A wallet and its contents were reported stolen.

The Cape Girardeau County Sheriff's department released the following items. Arrests do not imply guilt.
Arrests
- Angel A. Barajas, 40, of Cape Girardeau was arrested on suspicion of property damage on Big Bend Road.
- Stephen B. Caldwell, 35, of Sikeston, Missouri, was arrested on suspicion of property damage on Big Bend Road.
- Angel K. Reid, 24, of Cape Girardeau was arrested on suspicion of property damage on Big Bend Road.
- Bradley G. Wyss, 38, of Friedheim, Missouri, was arrested on a Probation and Parole warrant for failure to register as a sex offender in St. Genevieve County, Missouri, and eight warrants for failure to appear for traffic offenses in Kirkwood, Missouri.
- Christopher A. Meehan, 19, of Jackson was arrested on a Cape Girardeau County warrant for failure to maintain financial responsibility and failure to display plates on a motor vehicle.
