DWI
* Oscar E. Velazquez, 35, of Memphis, Tenn., was issued a summons for driving while intoxicated and failure to use headlights.

Arrest
* Andrew T. Hanks, 20, 1483 County Road 206, was arrested on a Cape Girardeau warrant for failure to appear.
Property damage
* An exterior door and lock were reported damaged at 294 Christine St.
* Property damage was reported at 200 Bellevue Street.
