Arrests

* A juvenile was cited into juvenile court for property damage and trespassing.

* Tommy L. Miller, 29, 1107 Merriwether St., was arrested on a Cape Girardeau County warrant for probation violation and driving under the influence.

* Rhoyne D. Lincoln, 24, 806 Themis St., was arrested on a Cape Girardeau County warrant for failure to appear for traffic offenses and a Cape Girardeau warrant for failure to appear for driving while suspended.

* A subject was in custody pending filing of formal charges for false declaration and resisting arrest.

* Markei D.E. Johnson, 18, 505 Bellevue St., No. 4, was arrested on a Cape Girardeau warrant for probation violation.

* David C. Johnson, 32, 125 S. Ellis St., was arrested on a warrant for parole violation.

* Two subjects were taken into custody on suspicion of stealing at Nearly Perfect Shoes, 209 S. Kingshighway.

* One subject was taken into custody pending formal charges of drug trafficking with a motor vehicle.

* Mark A. Reed, 32, was arrested on suspicion of drinking in public.

Summonses

* Tracy L. Brown, 38, 426 Pearl St., received a summons for trespassing and stealing.

* Luke A. Burrows, 21, 3631 Hopper Road, received a summons for peace disturbance.

* Ethan A. Field, 21, of Marine, Ill., received a summons for peace disturbance and possession of alcohol in public.

* Jonathan R. Illig, 26, of St. Louis received a summons for indecent exposure.

Assaults

* Domestic assault and property damage were reported.

Burglary

* A burglary, theft and armed criminal action were reported.

Thefts

* Rhodes 101, 449 S. Kingshighway, reported fuel stolen.

* Kmart, 11 S. Kingshighway, reported clothing stolen.

* Rhodes 101, 2109 William St., reported beer stolen.

* A digital camera, purse and wallet were reported stolen from a vehicle at 211 Saint Francis Drive.

DWI

* Donald H. Bitte, 58, of Cape Girardeau was arrested on suspicion of driving while intoxicated and failure to drive on right half of the roadway.

Arrests

* Mary A. Duran, 23, of Oak Ridge was arrested on suspicion of domestic assault.

* Jamie L. Holder, 24, of Chaffee, Mo., was arrested on suspicion of property damage.

* Kenneth R. Madison-Key Jr., 27, of Cape Girardeau was arrested on suspicion of domestic assault.

* Dennis L. Williams, 32, of Cape Girardeau was arrested on suspicion of driving while revoked.
