The Cape Girardeau Police Department released the following items. Arrests do not imply guilt.
Arrests
* Corey R. Echols, 27, 150 S. Lorimier St., was arrested on a Cape Girardeau warrant for failure to appear for expired plates.
* Jimmy G. Morelan Jr., 18, 420 E. Cape Rock Drive, was arrested on suspicion on possession of drug paraphernalia.
* Ellen D. Drake, 23, of Kennett, Mo., was arrested on a Cape Girardeau warrant for probation violation.
* A suspect was in custody pending formal charges of delivery of a controlled substance in city jail.
* Michael D. Maglone, no age given, 1518 William St., was arrested on a Cape Girardeau warrant.
* Armando Morales, no age given, 1927 Merriwether St., was issued a summons for a violation of a steady red light.
* Melissa J. Jeffords, no age given, of Bertrand, Mo., was issued a summons for following too close.
* Larry Boyle, no age given, of Bernie, Mo., was issued a summons for improper lane usage.
* Domestic assault was reported.
* Burglary and damage to a window were reported at 324 S. Lorimier, Apt. A.
* Burglary and two front doors were reported forced open at 609 North St.
* Rhodes 101, 1126 N. Sprigg St., reported fuel stolen.
* Bi State Southern, 612 S. Sprigg St., reported fuel stolen.
* Rhodes 101, 546 S. Sprigg St., reported fuel stolen.
* Rhodes 101, 1624 N. Kingshighway, reported fuel stolen.
* Three iPods were reported stolen at 655 Flint Hills Road.
* Property damage was reported at 105 Clark Ave.
* Damage to a vehicle was reported at 449 N. Frederick St.
* Aiding sexual offender elude law enforcement was reported.
* Violation of order of protection was reported.
* Unlawful use of a weapon was reported.
* A subject was taken into protective custody.
* A subject was taken into protective custody.
* Fraudulent use of a credit device was reported at 611 S. West End Blvd.
