The Cape Girardeau Police released the following items. Arrests do not imply guilt.

Arrests

• Kiara Selvy-Carter, 23, 909 Hackberry St., was arrested on suspicion of driving while intoxicated at South Pacific and Hackberry streets.
• A 24-year-old man was in custody pending formal charges of resisting or interfering with arrest and unlawful use of drug paraphernalia at 733 N. Sunset Blvd.
• A suspect was in custody pending formal charges of assault and interfering with arrest at North Frederick and Bellevue streets.

Assaults

• Domestic assault was reported.
• Domestic assault was reported.

Burglary

• Burglary and theft were reported at 1954 N. Sprigg St.

Thefts

• An iPhone was reported stolen at 319 Park Street.
• Theft was reported at 829 Karau Street.
• Theft was reported at J.C. Penney, 3049 William Street.
• Ladders were reported stolen at 2061 Corporate Drive.
• Theft was reported at 1750 Anna St.
