DWI
- Kevin M. Clines, 36, homeless, Cape Girardeau, was arrested on suspicion of driving while intoxicated and driving while revoked.
Arrests
- Sean M. Labrot, 25, 121 East Rodney Drive, was arrested on suspicion of stealing.
- Two suspects were in custody pending formal charges of stealing at J.C. Penney, 3049 William St.
Summonses
- Robert K. Scott, 52, of Cape Girardeau was issued a summons for illegal dumping.
- Morgan D. Weber, 17, of Cape Girardeau was issued a summons for stealing miscellaneous merchandise at Claire's, 3049 William St.
Theft
- A vehicle was reported stolen at Enterprise Rent-A-Car at North Kingshighway and Interstate 55.
Assault
Property damage
- A window was reported damaged at 2819 Whitener St.
- Tires on a vehicle were reported damaged at 103 N. Kingshighway.
Miscellaneous
- Forgery was reported.
- Making a false report was reported.
- A firearm was found.
- A 30-year-old woman was taken into protective custody.

Arrests
- William B. Wilkens, 27, of Old Appleton was arrested on suspicion of second-degree statutory rape and second-degree statutory sodomy.
- Terry J. Zeigler, 39, of Jackson was arrested on suspicion of second-degree property damage.
- Erica L. Wallace, 32, of Richlands, North Carolina, was arrested on second-degree domestic assault.
- Joseph A. Drake, 30, of Uniontown, Missouri, was arrested on a Perry County, Missouri, warrant for failure to appear for no seat belt.
- Travis W. Shavers Sr., 32, of Cape Girardeau was arrested on suspicion of second-degree property damage and violation of an order of protection.
- Cade I. Beck, 18, of Cape Girardeau was arrested on suspicion of unlawful use of drug paraphernalia and second-degree trespassing.
- Travis M. Gockle, 18, of Cape Girardeau was arrested on suspicion of second-degree burglary, stealing, first-degree property damage and first-degree trespassing.
- Cole L. Newkirk, 17, of Cape Girardeau was arrested on suspicion of receiving stolen property.
- Otis D. Rutherford, 29, of Cape Girardeau was arrested on a Jackson County, Illinois, warrant for failure to appear for a traffic offense.
- Gretchen M. Boston, 30, of Cape Girardeau was arrested on a Cape Girardeau County warrant for failure to obey a judge's order, forgery and unlawful use of drug paraphernalia.
- Jacob A. Roberts, 22, of Jackson was arrested on suspicion of driving while revoked.
