Arrests

  • Adam J. Mouser, 23, 2820 Themis St., was arrested on a Cape Girardeau County warrant for burglary and stealing.
  • Edavion D. Wade, 17, 1416 N. Spanish St., was arrested on a Jackson warrant for failure to appear for contempt of court.
  • Marcus M. Broughton, 24, 708 rear S. Benton St., was arrested on a Cape Girardeau warrant for failure to appear.
  • A suspect was in custody pending formal charges of stealing alcohol at Rhodes 101 Stop, 546 S. Sprigg St.

Summonses

  • Kenneth R. Madison-Key, no age given, of Jackson was issued summonses for invalid vehicle registration and striking a legally stopped vehicle.
  • Franklin C. Watson, no age given, of Cape Girardeau was issued a summons for no insurance and failure to stop at a stop sign.
  • Anthony B. Petty, no age given, of Cape Girardeau was issued a summons for driving with a suspended license.
  • Amy L. Leger, 44, of Cape Girardeau was issued a summons for animal city license required and animal neglect.
  • Tina L. Ashby, 55, of Cape Girardeau was issued a summons for animal leash law required.

Thefts

  • A cellphone was reported stolen at 511 N. Kingshighway.
  • Identity theft was reported.
  • Alcohol and a carton of cigarettes were reported stolen at Bi-State Southern Oil Co., 612 S. Sprigg St.
  • CPAP equipment was reported stolen at North Middle Street/Broadway.
  • Theft of medication and damage to a rearview mirror were reported at 2575 Lisa Drive.

Burglary

  • Burglary was reported at 224 N. Lorimier St.

Miscellaneous

  • An animal bite was reported at 301 Albert St.
