CAPE GIRARDEAU

The Cape Girardeau Police Department released the following items.

Assault

• Assault was reported in the 1800 block of Westridge Drive. Subject is in custody pending charges.

JACKSON

The Jakson Police Department released the following items.

DWI

• Emma Foster, 39, of Jackson was arrested on suspicion of leaving the scene of a motor vehicle accident and operating a motor vehicle while intoxicated.
• Zachary Estes, 38, of Cape Girardeau was arrested on suspicion of operating a motor vehicle while intoxicated.

Arrests

• Todd Whaley, 48, of Jacksn was arrested on a Jackson warrant for failure to appear.
• Nathan Hicham, 36, of Jackson was arrested on two Jefferson County (Missouri) warrants and an Arnold, Missouri, warrant.

Burglary

• Burglary was reported in the 200 block of South Bast Street.

Theft

• Thefts were reported in the 1100 block of Brandom Street; 400 block of North High Street; 4700 block of Old Cape Road; 1600 block of Lee Avenue; 400 block of North High Street; 900 block of Kimbel Lane; and 900 block of West Independence Street.
