The Cape Girardeau Fire Department responded to the following calls Saturday:

• Medical assist calls were made on North Spanish Street at 1:18 a.m.; Broadway at 10:12 a.m.; South Ellis Street at 11:40 a.m.; South Mount Auburn Road at 12:03 p.m.; Linden Street at 12:28 p.m.; North Silver Springs Road at 12:44 p.m.; South West End Boulevard at 3:33 p.m.;, William Street at 4:05 p.m., Good Hope Street at 5:05 p.m.; Lynwood Hills Drive at 7:20 p.m.; North Main Street at 8:07 p.m.; Themis Street at 8:28 p.m.; and North Frederick Street at 10:32 p.m.
• Alarm systems sounded at South Louisiana Street at 10:22 a.m. and North Sprigg Street at 9:34 p.m.
• At 1:02 a.m., a call on William Street.
• At 3:38 a.m., a call on South Kingshighway.
• At 10:22 a.m., an alarm system sounding on South Louisiana Street.
• At 10:45 a.m., unauthorized burning on North Spanish Street.
• At 5:46 p.m., a smoke detector activation on Dearmont Circle.
• At 7:40 p.m., a call was dispatched and canceled en route to Woodbine Place.
• At 8:11 p.m., unauthorized burning on Ripley Street.
• At 9:27 p.m., a call on Gordonville Road.
