The Cape Girardeau Fire Department responded to the following calls Monday:

• Medical assists were made at 4:05 a.m. on North Silver Springs Road; 7:13 a.m. on Big Bend Road; 10:15 a.m. on South Pacific Street; 11:09 a.m. on South West End Boulevard; 11:25 a.m. on South Sprigg Street; 12:05 p.m. on Good Hope Street; 12:07 p.m. on East Rodney Drive; 1:40 p.m. on Mississippi Street; 6:27 p.m. on Franks Lane; 8:38 p.m. on Maple Street; 9:46 p.m. on Broadway; and 10:38 p.m. on William Street.
• At 5:23 a.m., a motor-vehicle accident with injuries on Interstate 55.
• At 9:05 a.m., a citizen assist on Linden Street.
• At 10:38 a.m., a citizen assist on Park Place.
• At 2:23 p.m., a power line down on North Frederick Street.
• At 3:09 p.m., a false alarm or false call on Girardeau Court.
• At 5:13 p.m., a smoke or odor investigation on North Kingshighway.
• At 7:56 p.m., a chemical hazard, no spill or leak, on Hickory Street.
