The Cape Girardeau Fire Department responded to the following calls:

• Medical assists were made at 12:21 p.m. on Linden Street and 2:45 p.m. on North Sprigg Street.
• At 1:45 a.m., smoke/odor investigation was performed on Louis Street.
• At 11:15 a.m., police/other governmental agency assist was made on Independence Street.
• At 12:10 p.m., alarm system activation was reported on South Mount Auburn Road.
• At 4:01 p.m., smoke detector activation was reported on Linden Street.
• At 5:17 p.m., alarm system activation was reported on Franks Lane.
• At 9:11 p.m., carbon monoxide detector activation was reported on Good Hope Street.
