Tuesday

• Medical assists were made at 3:39 a.m. South Hanover Street, 8:54 a.m. on North Sprigg Street, 10:57 a.m. on Wayne Street and 9:19 p.m. on South Plaza Way.
• at 4:56 a.m., building fire was reported on La Mesa Drive.
• At 8 a.m., smoke investigation was performed on County Road 205.
• At 8:26 a.m., call was made on Broadway.
• At 10:25 a.m., unintentional transmission of alarm was reported on William Street.
• At 1:03 p.m., extrication of victim from vehicle was performed on Interstate 55.
• At 1:43 p.m., alarm system activation, no fire, was reported on South Minnesota Avenue.

Wednesday

• Medical assists were made at 12:09 a.m. on North Fountain Street, 3:28 a.m. on Hill Street, 9:09 a.m. on North Hanover Street, 10:36 a.m. on Saint Francis Drive, 6:04 p.m. on Hackberry Street and 8:18 p.m. on Linden Street.
• At 4:02 a.m., gasoline or other flammable liquid incident was reported on Siemers Drive.
• At 5:44 a.m., carbon monoxide incident was reported on Sheridan Drive.
• at 12:01 p.m., alarm system activation was reported on Beavercreek Drive.
• At 12:04 p.m., watercraft rescue was performed.
