The Cape Girardeau Fire Department responded to the following calls Saturday.

• Medical assists were made at 1:53 a.m. on North Fountain Street; 6:35 a.m. on North Main Street; 12:38 p.m. on North Frederick Street; 1:34 p.m. on Independence Street; 2:37 p.m. on William Street; and 2:52 p.m. on Elks Lane.
• At 3:38 a.m., an alarm system sounding on Towers Circle.
• At 11:47 a.m., a power line down on Dunklin Street.
• At 1:15 p.., a call on South Louisiana Avenue.
• At 2:48 p.m., a call on Broadway.
• At 2:59 p.m., a special type of incident on Elwanda Drive.
• At 7:38 p.m., a smoke-detector activation, no fire, on Cambridge Drive.
• At 9:58 p.m., an alarm-system activation, no fire, on Towers Circle.
• At 11:55 p.m., a call on Independence Street.
