The Cape Girardeau Fire Department responded to the following calls Thursday:

• Medical assist calls were made to: Themis Street at 1:37 and 11:52 a.m.; Silver Springs Road at 4:19 p.m.; North West End Boulevard at 5:37 p.m.; North Sprigg Street at 7:31 p.m.; South Spanish Street at 8:23 p.m.; Linden Street at 9:41 p.m.; and Ranney Street at 11:26 p.m.
• At 8:43 a.m., alarm system activation, no fire, on Hackberry Street.
• At 9:42 a.m., call to Hackberry Street.
• At 10:36 a.m., emergency medical service, excluding vehicle accident, on Delwin Street.
• At 12:12 p.m., false alarm or false call on Whitener Street.
• At 1:11 p.m., alarm system sounded on North Sprigg Street.
• At 6:57 p.m., detector activation, no fire, on North Henderson Avenue.
• At 7:34 p.m., personal well-being call on North Kingshighway.
• At 8:05 p.m., citizen assist on North Sunset Boulevard.
