Monday

• Medical assists were made at 4:55 a.m. on William Street; 7:30 a.m. on Belleridge Pike; 5:54 p.m. on Independence Street; 7:57 p.m. on North West End Boulevard; and 8 p.m. on William Street.
• At 10:15 a.m., a call on North Mount Auburn Road.
• At 12:40 p.m., a good-intent call on Lacey Street.
• At 3:22 p.m., motor-vehicle accident with no injuries on Lexington Avenue.
• At 8:45 p.m., assist invalid on Lacey Street.

Tuesday

• Medical assists were made at 1:50 p.m. on William Street; 10:13 p.m. on Jean Ann Drive; and 10:40 p.m. on North Fountain Street.
• At 8:04 a.m., citizen assist on South West End Boulevard.
• At 9:06 a.m., citizen assist on South West End Boulevard.
• At 2:56 p.m., a good-intent call, no medical, false alarm on William Street.
• At 3:52 p.m., power line down on Thomas Drive.
• At 6:10 p.m., smoke or odor investigation on Robin Hood Circle.
• At 6:42 p.m., a good-intent call on North Main Street.
• At 6:51 p.m., outside rubbish fire on Green Acres Drive.
• At 11:01 p.m., a good-intent call, no medical, false alarm on Broadway.
