CAPE GIRARDEAU

The Cape Girardeau Fire Department responded to the following calls Monday:

• Medical assist calls were made to: North Kingshighway at 11:38 a.m.; South Louisiana Avenue at 11:46 a.m.; South Frederick Street at 3:45 p.m.; and Lakeshore Drive at 8:03 p.m.
• At 11:17 a.m., carbon monoxide detector activation on Timber Creek Drive.
• At 11:31 a.m., smoke detector activation, no fire, on North Sprigg Street.
• At 11:36 a.m., motor vehicle accident with injuries on Broadway.
• At 2:40 p.m., motor vehicle accident with injuries on Interstate 55.
• At 2:42 p.m., unauthorized burning on South Kingshighway.
• At 11:57 p.m., call about gasoline or other flammable liquid.
