The Cape Girardeau Fire Department responded to the following calls: Sunday n Medical assists were made at 9:10 a.m. on South Sprigg Street; 11:29 a.m. on Lexington Avenue; 2:24 p.m. on Pear Tree Court; 4:54 p.m. on North West End Boulevard; 6:11 p.m. on William Street; 7:19 on Washington Avenue; 11:32 p.m. on North Fountain Street; and 11:37 p.m. on North Frederick Street...

Sunday
- Medical assists were made at 9:10 a.m. on South Sprigg Street; 11:29 a.m. on Lexington Avenue; 2:24 p.m. on Pear Tree Court; 4:54 p.m. on North West End Boulevard; 6:11 p.m. on William Street; 7:19 on Washington Avenue; 11:32 p.m. on North Fountain Street; and 11:37 p.m. on North Frederick Street.
- At 3:50 a.m., overpressure rupture of air/gas line was reported on Harmony Street.
- At 8:47 a.m., building fire was reported on North Farrar Drive.
- At 7:30 p.m., call was dispatched to Veterans Memorial Drive, but no problem was found.
- At 11:10 p.m., system malfuction was reported on Bloomfield Road.
