The Cape Girardeau Fire Department responded to the following calls Monday:
- Medical assist calls were made to: South Farrar Drive at 8:14 a.m.; Washington Avenue at 10:50 a.m.; Independence Street at 3:14 p.m.; William Street at 4:26 p.m.; Perryville Road at 5:37 p.m.; and Whitener Street at 8:05 p.m.
- At 8:27 a.m., smoke or odor investigation on Camellia Drive.
- At 10:39 a.m., alarm system sounded on Rambler Drive.
- At 3:43 p.m., motor vehicle accident with injuries on North Kingshighway.
- At 4:22 p.m., unauthorized burning on North Sprigg Street.
- At 7:20 p.m., citizen assist on North Pind Wood Lane.
