Cape Girardeau Fire Department responded to the following calls:

Monday

• Medical assists were made at 12:13 a.m. on North West End Boulevard; 2:11 a.m. on Green Acres Drive; 3:10 a.m. on Maria Louise Lane; 9:36 a.m. on South Sprigg Street; and 12:17 p.m. on Brenda Kay Court.
• At 12:27 a.m., smoke detector activation was reported on North Henderson Avenue.
• At 9:16 a.m., carbon monoxide detector activation was reported on Melrose Drive.
• At 5:39 p.m. smoke was reported on Veterans Memorial Drive.
• At 11:23 p.m. smoke detector activation was reported at Dearmont Complex.
