The Cape Girardeau Fire Department responded to the following calls Thursday:

• Medical assist calls were made to: Price Drive at 9:42 a.m.; Lexington Avenue at 11:10 a.m.; Rampart Street at 12:38 p.m.; Broadway at 2:39 p.m.; South Park Avenue at 7:26 p.m.; and North Fountain Street at 8:21 p.m.
• At 9:03 a.m., service or other call on South Ranney Avenue.
• At 11:04 a.m., service or other call on Hickory Street.
• At 2:09 p.m., grass fire on South Benton Street.
• At 5:08 p.m., alarm system sounded on North Sprigg Street.
• At 7:18 p.m., alarm system sounded on Caruthers Avenue.
• At 10:37 p.m., call on North Main Street.
• At 10:47 p.m., call on North Main Street.
• At 10:59 p.m., emergency medical service excluding vehicle accident on Hazel Drive.
• At 11:18 p.m., call on East Rodney Drive.
• At 11:50 p.m., call canceled en route to Route K.
