CAPE GIRARDEAU

The Cape Girardeau Fire Department responded to the following calls Wednesday:

• Medical assists were made at 5:21 a.m. on Good Hope Street; 7:34 a.m. on South Ellis Street; 3:59 p.m. on Stonebridge Drive; 6 p.m. on South Sprigg Street; 6:30 p.m. on Brenda Kay Court; 7:05 p.m. on Mason Street; and 7:36 p.m. on North Fountain Street.
• At 6:37 a.m., a motor-vehicle accident with injuries on North Sprigg Street.
• At 1:21 p.m., dispatched and canceled en route to Whitener Street.
• At 1:41 p.m., a building fire on West Point Place.
• At 5:54 p.m., a call on William Street.
• At 6:22 p.m., a good-intent call on North Silver Springs Road.
