CAPE GIRARDEAU

Firefighters responded to the following calls Wednesday:

• Medical assists were made on North Pinwood Lane at 2:11 a.m.; on Doctors' Park at 8:53 a.m.; on Linden Street at 10:04 a.m.; on South Mount Auburn Road at 10:16 a.m.; on Linden Street at 2:03 p.m.; on Linden Street at 2:05 p.m.; on South Silver Springs Road at 2:08 p.m.; on South West End Boulevard at 3:15 p.m.; on East Rodney Drive at 4:55 p.m.; on South West End Boulevard at 6:23 p.m.; and on South West End Boulevard at 8:41 p.m.
• At 2:18 a.m., emergency medical service, excluding vehicle accident, on Whitener Street.
• At 9:38 a.m., a motor vehicle accident on Interstate 55.
• At 12:49 p.m., a trash or rubbish fire, contained, on South Hanover Street.
• At 2:32 p.m., an unauthorized burning on South Ellis Street.
• At 2:40 p.m., an authorized burning on South Sprigg Street.
• At 3:37 p.m., a police assist on Ranney Avenue.
