CAPE GIRARDEAU

The Cape Girardeau Fire Department responded to the following calls:

Tuesday

• Medical assists were made at 1:24 a.m. at Towers Circle; 7:23 a.m. on South Silver Springs Road; 9 a.m. on North Main Street; 10:38 a.m. at Academic Circle; 2:06 p.m. on South Kingshighway; 7:27 p.m. on Linden Street; and 11:47 p.m. on Themis Street.
• At 12:13 a.m., no incident found on arrival at Hopper Road.
• At 10:41 a.m., a smoke-detector activation, no fire, on William Street.
• At 4:54 p.m., unauthorized burning on Themis Street.
• At 9:24 p.m., smoke-detector activation on Lexington Avenue.
