The Cape Girardeau Fire Department responded to the following calls Wednesday:

• At 1:18 a.m., a false alarm/call on Lexington Avenue.
• At 8:22 a.m., an alarm system sounding on Saint Francis Drive.
• At 9:37 a.m., a medical assist on Clark Avenue.
• At 1:06 p.m., an outside rubbish, trash or waste fire on Thilenius Street.
• At 1:38 p.m., a forest, woods or wildland fire on Route V.
• At 2:05 p.m., a medical assist on South Benton Street.
• At 2:37 p.m., a medical assist on Themis Street.
• At 3:50 p.m., a medical assist on Pebble Lane.
• At 4:30 p.m., an alarm system activation, no fire, on Marie Street.
• At 9:31 p.m., a cooking fire confined to container on Themis Street.
• At 10:34 p.m., a medical assist on North Spring Avenue.
• At 11:07 p.m., a good-intent call on North Kingshighway.
