CAPE GIRARDEAU COUNTY

The Cape Girardeau County Sheriff's Department released the following items. Arrests do not imply guilt.

Arrests

• Jitwan K. Mims, 21, of Cape Girardeau was arrested on suspicion of marijuana - distribution, delivery, manufacture, produce or attempt to or possess with intent to possess controlled substance - marijuana and receiving stolen property.
• Atrionna C. Mims, 19, of Cape Girardeau was arrested on a Scott County warrant for failure to appear for a traffic offense.
• Thoms D. Evans, Jr., 25, of Chicago was arrested on suspicion of marijuana - distribution, delivery, manufacture, produce or attempt to or possess with intent to possess controlled substance - marijuana.
• Amy E. O'Kelly, 41, of Cape Girardeau was arrested on a Cape Girardeau County warrant for a probation violation for violating full order of protection for adult.
• Benjamin R. Karr, 36, of Oran, Missouri, was arrested on a Cape Girardeau County warrant for failure to obey judge's orders for driving while intoxicated.
• Justin W. Harper, 20, of Cape Girardeau was arrested on a Scott County warrant for a probation violance for possession of controlled substance.
• Jamal D. Hughes, 20, of Florissant, Missouri, was arrested on a Cape Girardeau County warrant for failure to appear for speeding.
• Jennifer L. Moore, 36, of Jackson was arrested on suspicion of domestic assault, abuse of a child and peace disturbance.
• Steven M. Trout, 34, of Cape Girardeau was arrested on suspicion of burglary, property damage and driving while intoxicated.
