The Cape Girardeau County Sheriff's Department released the following items. Arrests do not imply guilt.

Arrests

• Michael Stroder, 24, of Oak Ridge was arrested on a Cape Girardeau County warrant for burglary/stealing.
• Crista L. Stafford, 39, of Cape Girardeau was arrested on a Cape Girardeau County warrant for failure to obey judge's order.
• Percy Parrow, 56, of Cape Girardeau was arrested on a Cape Girardeau County warrant for driving while revoked, leaving the scene of an accident, failure to maintain financial responsibility and driving while intoxicated.
• Christopher L. Franklin, 29, of Jackson was arrested on a Cape Girardeau County warrant for failure to appear.
• Michael D. Johnson, 37, of Cape Girardeau was arrested on a Cape Girardeau County warrant for a probation violation.
• Randall L. Brown, 51, of Whitewater was arrested on a Cape Girardeau County warrant for fraud.
