The Cape Girardeau County Sheriff's Department released the following items. Arrests do not imply guilt.
* Nicholas P. Essner, 18, of Cape Girardeau was arrested on suspicion of purchase or possession of liquor by a minor.
* Garrett D. McMillan, 19, of Cape Girardeau was arrested on suspicion of purchase or possession of liquor by a minor.
* Joshua J. Smith, 28, of Dutchtown was arrested on two Wayne County, Mo., warrants for failure to appear for failure to display plates.
* Tina L. Schaffer, 40, of Whitewater, Mo., was arrested on suspicion of driving while revoked, displaying plates of another and driving without insurance.
* Riley S. Duncan, 17, of Cape Girardeau was arrested on suspicion of purchase or possession of liquor by a minor.
* Leslie J. Grayson, 34, of Cape Girardeau was arrested on suspicion of second-degree domestic assault.
* Joshua L. Price, 25, of Cape Girardeau was arrested on suspicion of second-degree domestic assault.
* James P. Scott, 31, of Jackson was arrested at on suspicion of operating a motor vehicle on the highway without a valid license.
* Michael D. Scott, 48, of Cape Girardeau was arrested on a Cape Girardeau County warrant for failure to appear for fraud, passing a bad check and disregarding a steady red signal.
* Sabrina K. Seevers, 29, of Altenburg, Mo., was arrested on suspicion of second-degree domestic assault.
* Tiffany J. Vandeven, 31, of Whitewater, Mo., was arrested on suspicion of second-degree domestic assault.
* Vincent L. Flores, 27, of Jackson was arrested on a Cape Girardeau County warrant for failure to appear for first-degree property damage.
* Jessica L. Cox, 29, of Burfordville, Mo., was arrested on a Jackson Police Department warrant for failure to appear for contempt of court.
