- Sergio F. Castillo, 37, of Cape Girardeau was arrested on a Perry County, Missouri, warrant for failure to appear, driving while suspended and speeding.
- Todd W. Younger, 39, of Sturdivant, Missouri, was arrested on a Stoddard County, Missouri, warrant for probation violation for possession of a controlled substance.
