  • John T. Phillips, 28, of Cape Girardeau was arrested on suspicion of driving while intoxicated.

Arrests

  • Darlene F. Hicks, 50, of Arnold, Missouri, was arrested on a Arnold warrants for failure to appear for shoplifting, failure to appear for contributing to the delinquency of a minor and failure to appear for obstructing police.
  • Desmond A. Davis, 26, of Greenville, Missouri, was arrested on suspicion of driving while suspended and speeding.
  • Kathryn R. Ferguson, 40, of Farmington, Missouri, was arrested on suspicion of driving while suspended and speeding.
  • Todd M. Rapp, 48, of Jackson was arrested on suspicion of driving while suspended.
  • Dillon A. Myers, 22, of Oak Ridge was arrested on suspicion of driving while revoked and possession of up to 35 grams of marijuana.
  • Rodger D. Wallman, 54, of Jackson was arrested on suspicion of driving while revoked, failure to register a motor vehicle and no insurance.
  • Darrell D. Woods, 44, of Cape Girardeau was arrested on suspicion of unlawful use of drug paraphernalia and possession or control of 35 grams or more of marijuana.
  • Kalum J. Campbell, 21, of Cape Girardeau was arrested on a Union County, Illinois, warrant for failure to appear for possession of cannabis.
  • Matthew J. Williamson, 32, of Jackson was arrested on suspicion of possession of up to 35 grams of marijuana and unlawful use of drug paraphernalia.
  • Gregory L. Avery, 37, of Cape Girardeau was arrested on a Bollinger County, Missouri, warrant for failure to obey a judge's orders and possession of a controlled substance.
