CAPE GIRARDEAU COUNTY

The Cape Girardeau County Sheriff's Department released the following items. Arrests do not imply guilt.

Arrests

* David, J. Bowen, 28, of Scott City was arrested on suspicion of receiving stolen property, burglary and trespassing.

* Thomas M. Black, 32, of Perryville, Missouri, was arrested on suspicion of resisting/interfering with arrest and domestic assault.

* Tina M. Sanders, 47, of Whitewater, Missouri, was arrested on a Cape Girardeau County warrant for failure to appear for possession of a controlled substance except 35 grams or less of marijuana.

* James D. Ramshur, 18, of Millersville was arrested on suspicion of attempt to purchase or possession of liquor by a minor.

* Wyman C. Radford Jr., 41, of Cape Girardeau was arrested on suspicion of driving while revoked and failure to register as a sex offender.

* Scott K. Ingram, 26, of Cape Girardeau was arrested on a Cape Girardeau County warrant for failure to appear for failure to wear seat belt.
