* Toby C. Gibbar, 42, of Perryville, Mo., was arrested on suspicion of driving while intoxicated and possession of marijuana.
Arrests
* Joseph R. Bracken, 28, of Cape Girardeau was arrested on suspicion of armed criminal action and first-degree domestic assault.
* Corey R. Echols, 24, of Jackson was arrested on a St. Charles County warrant for fraud, identity theft or attempt.
